Refund Policy
Effective: 5 July 2026
7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first monthly charge. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata if you cancel within 30 days of purchase.
Monthly plans (Trader, Desk)
If you are charged for your first month on a Trader or Desk (Pro) monthly subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of that first charge for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to your first monthly charge only; it is not a recurring monthly guarantee.
Annual plans (Trader annual)
If you purchase a Trader annual subscription and cancel within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the year. After 30 days, annual purchases are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, though you may still cancel to stop future renewals.
How to request a refund
Email hello@bursaedge.com from the email address on your account, with your request. We process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days.
What this policy does not cover
- Charges outside the windows above (after day 7 for a monthly first charge, or after day 30 for an annual purchase).
- Desk (Pro) early-bird seat pricing is a subscription rate, not a one-time purchase — the same monthly-charge window in this policy applies to it.
- Any amount already refunded under this policy for the same charge.
