- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- You choose a plan — Trader monthly or annual. There is no automatic charge and no grace-period billing; access simply pauses until you subscribe.
- What is the RM348/year launch price?
- Trader annual is RM348 for your first year if you sign up before 2 October 2026. After that date, the annual price is RM468/year. Anyone who locks in RM348 keeps that price for their first year regardless of when the launch window closes.
- What does the 100-seat Desk cap mean?
- Desk (Pro) opens after launch with exactly 100 early-bird seats at RM99/month, grandfathered for as long as you stay subscribed. Once all 100 are claimed, new Desk subscribers pay the RM149/month list price. The seat counter above reflects the real, live count — not a marketing estimate.
- Can I cancel or change plans later?
- Yes — cancel any time from your account. See the refund policy for the first-charge and annual pro-rata terms.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Card payments. FPX and other local payment methods are planned for a future update; no specific date is confirmed yet.
