Founders Lifetime Terms

Effective: 8 May 2026 — Supplementary to Terms of Service

1. What Is the Founders Lifetime Tier?

The Founders Lifetime tier grants the holder ongoing access to BursaEdge for the lifetime of the platform — that is, for as long as BursaEdge remains in operation — without recurring subscription fees. Access is granted in exchange for a single, non-refundable one-time payment made during the Founders launch window.

These terms form part of, and are governed by, the BursaEdge Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Lifetime Terms take precedence for matters specific to the Founders Lifetime tier.

2. Seat Cap

The Founders Lifetime tier is hard-capped at 100 seats total, divided across two release windows:

• Release Window 1 (Days 1–3 of the Founders launch): 50 seats.
• Release Window 2 (Days 4–7 of the Founders launch): 50 seats.

Once all 100 seats across both windows are claimed, no further Founders Lifetime memberships will be issued at any price. This cap is a firm business commitment, not a marketing device.

3. What Is Included

Founders Lifetime holders receive:

• Ongoing access to all features available to active monthly subscribers at the equivalent tier, at the time of purchase and as the platform evolves.
• Access to all future feature releases deployed to bursaedge.com, at no additional charge, for the duration of the platform's operation.
• Recognition as a Founders member where applicable within the platform.

4. What Is Not Included

Founders Lifetime access does not include:

• Priority customer support beyond our standard response SLAs.
• Access to separate products, services, or platforms launched under a different brand or entity — Lifetime access is tied to bursaedge.com only.
• Any guarantee against feature deprecation — individual features may be removed or significantly changed as the platform evolves; Lifetime access is to the platform as a whole, not to any specific feature.
• Coverage of any materially increased third-party data costs that arise at significant commercial scale — in such an event, we will communicate with affected Lifetime holders before implementing any change.

5. Service Continuity

Edge Digital will make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain BursaEdge as a live, operating service. In the event of permanent service discontinuation:

• Founders Lifetime holders will receive at least 90 days' written notice via email.
• Edge Digital will make a good-faith offer of a pro-rata refund, credit, or alternative arrangement at its discretion, taking into account the length of time the service was used.

Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events do not constitute service discontinuation.

6. No Refunds

Founders Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

• As required by Malaysian consumer protection law.
• In the event of permanent service discontinuation as described in Section 5 above.

7. Non-Transferable

Founders Lifetime access is personal and non-transferable. It is tied to the registered email address used at the time of purchase and may not be:

• Transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• Shared, sublicensed, or used by more than one individual.

Any attempt to transfer or resell a Lifetime membership will result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Governing Law

These Founders Lifetime Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
